CARE HOME MANAGER

LOCATION: Angus

SALARY: £60,000

Compass Associates are working in partnership with an established elderly care provider to recruit an experienced Care Home Manager for a residential care service in Angus.

The successful candidate will provide consistent leadership to residents and colleagues while supporting the service through continued development and improvement.

THE ROLE

As Care Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring the home delivers safe, high-quality and person-centred care.

You will lead from the front, providing clear direction to the team and creating an environment where residents feel safe, respected and supported.

CANDIDATE SUITABILITY NOTE

This role requires previous management experience within a care home or elderly care environment.
