Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance tasks within a care home or similar environment.
• Ability to carry out basic plumbing and decorating tasks with minimal supervision.
• Capable of taking initiative and working independently.

• Perform regular maintenance tasks at the care home, including basic plumbing and decorating.
• Keep premises secure and carry out scheduled checks and safety inspections.
• Handle minor repairs and general maintenance as needed and report major issues to the supervisor.
