Job summary

You’ll oversee maintenance, coordinate with approved contractors, supervise the Maintenance Assistant where appropriate, and ensure compliance with fire safety and health & safety standards while supporting our caring

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Understanding of safety and fire safety systems.
• Ability to make responsible choices in residents' best interest.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of facilities and general upkeep.
• Manage maintenance requests, engage contractors when needed.
