Renaissance Care (Scotland) is seeking a dedicated Laundry Assistant for Letham Park. The role focuses on careful handling of residents' belongings, efficient laundry workflows, and maintaining high hygiene standards to support residents' comfort and dignity.

Commitment to safeguarding, teamwork, and excellent communication with residents and staff is essential. The successful candidate will work a 40-hour week with opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Able to understand COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
• You should be caring, friendly and respect residents’ dignity and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage the laundry process: collecting, washing, sorting and pressing linens and clothing.
• Ensure items are returned to residents’ rooms promptly and with care.
• Monitor and maintain laundry machines; report faults to maintenance teams.
