Responsibilities

• Keep cleaning and laundry to the home's standards, working as part of a team.
• Follow the standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, maintaining hotel service standards.
• Carry out all cleaning duties in line with worksheet instructions.
• Clean surfaces and coverings using materials suited to each, understanding their properties.
• Keep all areas well presented and in good condition.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect, including their personal space and belongings.
