Hutchinson Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the highest cleaning standards across the care home. You will follow infection control procedures, organise deep cleans, and keep accurate cleaning records as part of a supportive team.

The role may involve assisting with staffing across other homes on short notice, with onsite training, free parking, and provided uniform. A positive, reliable approach is essential for resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Six months+ experience in a care home setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and multitask in a busy environment.

Responsabilités

• Comply with infection control procedures and PPE.
• Ensure high-standard cleaning of all areas.
• Organise deep cleaning duties when required.
• Maintain and update cleaning records and inventories.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Report damage or breakages to management.
• Promote safe household practices and tidy environments.
