Job summary

Peregrine House in Tottenham is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain hygienic living areas for residents. You will clean bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal spaces, ensuring odour-free environments and strict adherence to hygiene guidelines in a supportive care home setting.

Experience is welcomed but not essential; training on COSHH and safety procedures will be provided. A positive, respectful approach to residents and teamwork will be valued in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
• Able to follow health and safety guidelines and COSHH requirements.

Responsibilities

• To clean all allocated rooms including furniture, fittings, fabric, carpets and equipment
• Cleaning bathrooms and toilets with attention to germs and infestation guidelines
• Ensure rooms are odour free
• Be familiar with COSHH statement and health and safety requirements
• Deal with waste bags and their disposal
• Maintain client and business confidentiality at all times
