Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service NVQ2 or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with safe use of cleaning products.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment such as carpet cleaners.
• Understanding of data protection, confidentiality and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
• Awareness of COSHH and workplace health & safety.

Responsibilities

• Keep the location clean, pleasant and safe for customers, in both home environments and communal areas.
• Follow instructions and health and safety procedures when using cleaning products.
• Support the location management team and report issues promptly.
• Ensure hygiene standards are maintained and documents are properly managed.
