Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care home is desirable but not essential.
• Experience in busy housekeeping environments is preferred.
• A confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend staff meetings.
• Maintain personal and professional housekeeping standards to support resident welfare.
• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety policies are followed at all times.
• Provide training support and encourage staff development where possible.
• Assist with routine tasks to deliver a clean, safe and welcoming home.
