Job summary

Greensleeves Care is seeking a Housekeeper to support our 24-hour residential, dementia and nursing care across our 26 care homes in England. The role involves coordinating cleaning programmes, ensuring high quality, and managing cleaning materials within budget.

You should have an RQF Level 2 in Housekeeping or equivalent and extensive experience in domestic care. Knowledge of COSHH regulations is important.

Qualifications

• RQF Level 2 in Housekeeping, Hospitality and Cleaning or equivalent.
• Extensive experience of domestic care work.
• Knowledge and experience of COSHH regulations.

Responsibilities

• Allocate cleaning programmes for each domestic assistant and monitor the quality and thoroughness of the work.
• Control an allocated budget for the purchase of cleaning materials and minimise wastage.
• Take an active part in the cleaning and share in the cleaning duties.
