Job summary

Brendoncare Meadway, Winchester, seeks a Care Home Hospitality and Catering Assistant for our residential home. The role involves hosting residents in the dining room and assisting with light meal prep and serving duties, with stock rotation and maintaining cleanliness throughout dining and kitchen areas.

• Experience in hospitality or catering is preferred.
• Care home serving or catering experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Host residents in the dining room.
• Assist with light meal preparation and serving.
• Rotate stock and keep kitchen/dining areas tidy.
• Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and kitchen areas.
• Ensure COSHH standards are met and HACCP records are completed.

Brendoncare Meadway are looking for a Care Home Hospitality and Catering Assistant to join their team within their residential home.

The role includes:

• Hosting residents in the dining room
• Light meal prep and serving duties
• Stock rotation
• Maintaining restaurant and kitchen cleanliness
• Ensure COSHH standards are exceeded
• HACCP record completion

Priority will be given to applicants with experience of working in a Care Home setting or experience of catering.
