Job summary

HR-CL Limited is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen in a care home in the West Midlands. You will prepare nutritious meals for residents and uphold high standards of safety and quality.

Shifts are daytime and flexible, allowing you to fit work around personal commitments while earning a competitive rate of pay. DBS check is required, with DBS renewal support if needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in care or healthcare settings.
• Enhanced DBS check required (or current update service certificate).
• Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate; Level 3 preferred.
• Understanding of allergens and dietary requirements.

About you

• Reliable, adaptable and able to work well with care staff
• Driving licence and own vehicle, if required
