Responsibilities

• Prioritise cleanliness and hygiene of resident rooms, communal areas and shared spaces.
• Adhere to housekeeping policies, procedures, and infection-control practices.
• Collaborate with care team; maintain hygiene in domestic and laundry areas; follow COSHH.
• Monitor and report stock levels for cleaning supplies; store chemicals safely.
• Support residents with personal clothing/belongings; promote dignity and comfort.
• Participate in training programmes and induction to enhance skills.
