Job summary

Mayflower Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is hiring a Domestic Assistant to maintain clean, safe and welcoming environments for residents. You will clean rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, assist with laundry and ensure belongings are handled with care.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience is welcome but not essential; DBS paid, pension and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Positive, reliable approach.
• High standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of hygiene and infection control is beneficial.
• Previous experience is welcomed but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean residents' rooms, bathrooms and communal areas to high hygiene standards.
• Assist with laundry services and care for residents' belongings.
• Follow infection control, health and safety procedures and required standards.
• Contribute to a well organized, respectful environment for all residents.
