TLC Care is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead an outstanding customer experience across our care homes. You will be the first point of contact for calls and visitors, ensuring residents, families and staff are treated with dignity and respect.

You will address feedback and complaints, drive continuous improvement, support home administration, and advise on our products and services. Professional appearance and strong IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manner.
• Professional, neat appearance and time management.
• Good attention to detail and PC literacy.
• Satisfactory DBS checks and UK work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead on delivering outstanding customer experience across the business.
• Be the first point of contact for calls and visitors to the home.
• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints to drive improvement.
• Assist with administration duties as directed by the Business Support Manager.
• Advise stakeholders on TLC Care products and services.
