Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve well-balanced meals for residents.
• Liaise with the Care Home Manager/Operations team.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste and presentation.
• Manage kitchen operations including ordering and inventory control.
• Create menus considering dietary needs of residents.
• Monitor portion control and waste; maintain cleanliness and organisation.
