Situated on the picturesque Mumbles seafront, Ocean Living is a 14‑bed residential home providing high‑quality care for older adults, including those living with dementia. We pride ourselves on our family‑style environment, where kindness, teamwork, and home‑cooked food are at the heart of everything we do.

Your Role

As our Cook, you’ll take responsibility for preparing and serving wholesome, home‑style meals that meet residents’ nutritional and personal preferences.

Main Duties

• Preparing and serving tasty, well‑balanced meals and desserts
• Adjusting recipes for residents with allergies or specific dietary needs
• Following kitchen hygiene, safety, and food storage regulations
• Managing ingredients and stock efficiently within budget
• Supporting a pleasant and sociable mealtime experience
