Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in healthcare or hospitality setting.
• Ability to develop nutritious menus meeting dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare daily menus meeting nutritional needs.
• Prepare meals that are appetising and within budget.
• Monitor stocks and order supplies as needed.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff.
• Maintain hygiene and safe food handling.
• Attend staff meetings and catering trainings.
