Qualifications

• Experience working within a care home environment.
• A minimum of 1 year recent paid employment within a catering setting.
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent.
• Food Hygiene Certificate 1 & 2 and knowledge of COSHH and HACCP.
• A high level of hygiene and cleanliness in line with health and safety requirements.
• Experience delivering an effective and efficient service.
• Interest in working within a nursing care setting.
• Dedication and creativity to provide high standard catering.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Willing to complete an Access NI Check.
