Lucas Love Healthcare is recruiting experienced Care Assistants to meet the growing demands of our clients within nursing homes and residential settings across Northern Ireland. Immediate interviews available.

We offer top pay from £12.33 per hour, flexible hours, free uniform and training, plus a £200 referral scheme and pension. Register with us to access ongoing support and 24-hour assistance from healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid experience in a nursing home, residential or supported living setting in the last 3 years.
• Be registered or willing to register with NISCC.
• Must be able to complete an Access NI check.
• Have the Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Care for the elderly and individuals with dementia or challenging behaviour.
• Observe and monitor residents' health and wellbeing.
• Provide high levels of personal care including toileting, washing, and assisting with eating/drinking.
• Maintain residents' privacy and dignity; work as part of a busy team.
• Use excellent communication skills in a care setting; follow health and safety policies.
