Job summary

Platinum Employment are seeking a Care Home Chef in Bournemouth to support a care home on a temporary basis. You will bring experience from a care home or other professional kitchen environment, and help plan nutritious meals that meet residents' needs.

Expect weekly pay on Fridays, dedicated consultant support, out-of-hours assistance, DBS update help, and the option to work locally in Bournemouth or across the UK, with regular duties including alternate weekends.

Qualifications

• IDDSI training requirement.
• Level 2/3 Food Hygiene certificate.
• Food Allergen certificate.
• Enhanced DBS certificate on update service or dated within 1 year.
• Previous care home experience.

Responsibilities

• Bring experience from a care home or other professional kitchen environment.
• Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen team.
• Plan and prepare appealing, nutritious meals meeting residents' needs and dietary requirements.
• Ensure the kitchen environment is consistently clean and adheres to all food safety standards.

Platinum Employment are looking for Care Home Chefs in the Bournemouth area to support a care home on a temp basis.
