Responsibilities

• Creating a welcoming environment by keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors, and colleagues.
• Room care with pride: dusting, polishing, and vacuuming residents' rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage.
• Working together: collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Making a difference through kindness: sharing a smile, a conversation, or a moment of connection with residents as you go about your day.
