Job summary

Chatsworth Lodge Care Home in Chesterfield is seeking an experienced Care Home Administrator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families and staff, and will work with HR, payroll and finance teams.

The role is full-time (40 hours per week) with a salary of £14.71 per hour. A clear enhanced DBS check is required. You will use a range of computer systems to ensure information is recorded accurately and in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care home administrator role is desirable.
• Able to work in a team and on own initiative to meet goals.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Experience with rostering and payroll systems.
• Understanding of contracts in a regulated setting.
• Knowledge of HR processes is advantageous.

Care Home Administrator

Chatsworth Lodge are seeking to appoint an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role within our home.

Salary: £14.71 per hour

Schedule/Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

As a Care Home Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for Residents, their family members and representatives, the home management and colleagues in addition to HR, payroll and the finance teams. You will work with a range of computer systems, ensuring all information is captured in an accurate and compliant manner.

About the candidate:

• Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
• Able to work both as part of a team and under own initiative to achieve goals.
• The ability to perform under pressure and prioritise workload.
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
• Experience of operating rostering and payroll systems.
• General understanding of contracts and their importance in a regulated setting.
• Knowledge of HR processes (this is a significant advantage).
