Job summary

Bluebird Care Oldham is hiring a dedicated Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes in Oldham. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care, helping with daily living activities, meals, and mobility, while following agreed care plans and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Starting pay is £14.00 per hour with expert training and flexible shifts. You will join a supportive team with 24/7 assistance and ongoing career development opportunities within a leading

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Calm, compassionate attitude and a caring approach to support clients.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to follow care plans accurately and consistently.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not required; full training provided.

Responsibilities
