Job summary

Bluebird Care Worthing is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes around Worthing and surrounding areas.

You will help with personal care, meals, medications, and light household tasks while delivering high-quality, respectful care with a friendly, dependable presence. Full induction and ongoing expert training are provided, with flexible shift patterns and opportunities for career development.

Requirements

• *A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle*
• A kind, compassionate attitude and a calm approach to care
• Great communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
• Ability to follow care plans
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not a necessity as full training will be provided
