A leading care provider, Leonard Cheshire Disability, seeks a Deputy Manager (RN) for their care home in Sutton Coldfield. This role involves supporting the Service Manager, leading a dedicated team, and ensuring quality care for individuals with disabilities. Candidates should be NMC registered nurses with strong leadership and management skills ready to make a difference.
Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Working day shifts.
A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.

About the role
As a Deputy Manager (RN) with Leonard Cheshire, you will fully support the Service Manager in the running of the nursing home and deputise in their absence. Providing effective management and supervision of a great team (including nurses and care staff), you will lead with passion and enthusiasm to ensure the service is well run. You will promote positive outcomes for disabled people with a flexible and proactive approach.
Responsible for monitoring and providing the highest standards of nursing, clinical and personal support to our customers, you will promote independence and choice. You will ensure the service is fully compliant regarding health and safety management, fulfilling statutory obligations and excellent overall service delivery.
