Kent And Medway Mental Health Nhs Trust is recruiting a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to work with the East Kent Early Intervention in Psychosis service, covering the South Kent Coast Locality.

The role focuses on caseload management for first-episode psychosis, MDT collaboration, and delivering NICE-aligned interventions to maximise engagement and recovery outcomes for service users.

Competenze

• Registered Mental Nurse/Diploma in Nursing (Mental Health).
• Practice Assessor/Educator Qualification desired.
• Evidence of continuing professional development.
• Experience of psychosis care, assessment and planning is essential.

• Care coordinators manage caseloads and collaborate with service users, families, and networks to support recovery and engagement.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver NICE-concordant interventions and ensure safety and quality of care.
