Cera Care Ltd. is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team. You will manage the delivery of high quality care services and ensure Care Workers are matched to Clients based on care needs and proximity where possible.

The role requires organisation, attention to detail and a collaborative approach in a fast-growing startup environment. Full-time, permanent position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential).
• Ideally 2 years experience working as a care coordinator for a Domiciliary Care Agency.
• Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
• Ideally experienced in conducting care assessments and reviews, motivating staff.
• Organised, methodical with a good eye for detail.
