What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in the care sector
  • Previous experience as a Care Coordinator
  • A QCF in Health & Social Care & Social Care Wales registration (desirable but not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence & access to your own vehicle
  • Ability to thrive under pressure & stay organised

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Scheduling & matching Care Assistants to customers
  • Ensuring seamless care delivery, making sure every shift is covered
  • Handling new referrals & processing changes to care needs
  • Liaising with the office team to maintain records & reports
  • Supporting our care team, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed
  • Participating in the on-call rota (one day a week and one in 3 weekends)
