Job summary

AQS Homecare is seeking an experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator for Bournemouth. The role requires coordinating care staff rotas, participating in the on-call rota, and growing the business by taking on new packages.

The ideal candidate will have NVQ/QCF Level 3 in health and social care (or working towards it), a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• NVQ/QCF Level 3 in health and social care or working towards it.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are required.
• Professional experience as a domiciliary care coordinator or similar is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cohort of care staff and their rotas.
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call rota.
• Grow the business by taking on new packages and clients.
• Complete risk assessments and care plan assessments, and provide hands-on care if needed.
• Maintain a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator to Join our team in Bournemouth.

Salary: £27,000 per annum

AQS Homecare is a registered Domiciliary Care Provider providing care to vulnerable young adults & elderly clients in the Bournemouth area.

The Role:

Will be an experienced Care Coordinator

Have a NVQ/QCF Level 3 in health and social care or working towards

The Care Coordinator will have the ability to manage a cohort of care staff and their rotas

The Care Coordinator will take part in out of hours on call rota

The Care Coordinator will have the ability to take on new packages and clients to grow the business

The Care Coordinator will be proactive in completing risk assessments, care plan assessments and providing hands on care if needed.

The Care Coordinator will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel & Outlook.
