Job summary

CCH Group, the UK's largest and most trusted home care provider, is seeking a Care Coordinator to drive quality care in the community. You will coordinate care staff, review care plans and ensure high standards across branches.

You will supervise field-based teams, manage rotas to impeccable standards, and travel to client locations using your own vehicle. Experience in care and knowledge of CQC guidelines are advantageous; NVQ Level 3 is desirable.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 desirable.
• Valid drivers license is required or advantageous.
• Experience in community/home care is preferred.

Job description

The Care Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the highest quality care services by managing care workers and performing field-based duties. Responsibilities include assessing and reviewing individual care plans, as well as supervising, instructing, and supporting care staff in the field. This role requires a valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle due to the travel involved.
