A forward-thinking care company in London is seeking a Coordinator to manage client schedules and facilitate communication within care teams. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in care, including 1 year in a coordination role, and possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. This full-time role offers a salary ranging from £26,000 to £32,000, alongside hybrid working options and professional development opportunities.
