Job summary

Radfield Home Care Chippenham is seeking a Care Coordinator to keep our day-to-day care service running smoothly. You will coordinate with clients and their families, support a team of care professionals, and ensure rotas and records are accurate.

The role requires a driving licence and access to a vehicle, holds over 18, and DBS clearance; previous care experience is welcomed. You will join a friendly, inclusive team committed to excellent local care.

Qualifications

• Requires UK driver’s licence, over 18, and access to a vehicle.
• DBS disclosure will be required due to contact with vulnerable clients.
• Experience in care roles such as care supervisor or senior care assistant is beneficial.

This is a great opportunity to join Radfield Home Care team and develop a career in care management. Working as part of a team, you’ll be responsible for the daily operations of our care service. Such as managing care needs with clients and their families, supporting a team of care professionals, setting and managing rotas and keeping essential records up-to‑date…no two days are ever the same.

You’re someone who loves working with people, organisation and getting things done. You’ll need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as care supervisor, senior care assistants and field care supervisors.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and therefore all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
