Job summary

Radfield Home Care Chippenham is seeking a Care Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our care service, coordinating care with clients and their families and supporting a team of care professionals. The role involves setting and managing rotas, maintaining essential records and ensuring high-quality, person-centred care across Chippenham and North Wiltshire.

A UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, and the post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974;

Qualifications

• Experience in care supervision or senior care roles is beneficial.
