Lottie is hiring a Trainee Care Expert on a maternity cover basis for six months, with an ideal start date in early November 2026. The role is hybrid with London-based offices and a pro rata salary of £30,000–£32,500.

You will report to the Customer Care Lead and support families navigating the social care sector. You will build trusted relationships, guide families through complex journeys, connect them with care partners, and deliver highly personalised support that centres on the person.
