Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Care Community Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a team of carers and senior carers, delivering outstanding, person-centred care to residents. You will work with the General Manager and leadership team to supervise care delivery and ensure care plans are accurate and up to date.

The role emphasizes coaching and developing staff, overseeing medication management, and fostering a positive environment for residents, families and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience leading a care team within a care home environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Care Community Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring we continue to deliver the high standards of care we're known for. Working closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team, you'll lead and inspire a team of carers and senior carers to provide outstanding, person-centred care to every resident.

You’ll oversee care delivery within your community, ensuring care plans are accurate and up to date, medication is managed safely, and residents receive the support they need to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. You’ll also support the development of your team through coaching, mentoring and leading by example.

ABOUT YOU
