Visiting Angels Northern Ireland is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our Belfast team. You will ensure continuity and quality of care, matching caregivers to clients and organising weekly rotas to cover visits.

The role requires strong organisation, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a genuine commitment to providing reliable support to clients every day. Driving license is required to fulfil duties across the region.

Qualifications

• Organised and calm under pressure
• Experience coordinating care or rotas is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and review client care plans, adjusting as needs change
• Match caregivers to clients' care and support plans
• Complete and distribute caregiver rotas weekly
• Manage late and missed calls and arrange cover for sickness or holidays
• Participate in out-of-hours on-call rota and respond to emergencies
• Liaise with clients and representatives about care needs
• Support and supervise caregivers including induction and training
• Maintain accurate records and ensure MAR charts are audited
• Ensure compliance with RQIA standards and Visiting Angels NI policies
