SS9 South PCN in Leigh-on-Sea is seeking a part-time care co-ordinator (25 hours per week) to support primary health care projects and PCN operations.
You will liaise with practice admins, coordinate seasonal covid vaccines, manage Enhanced Access rota, and assist housebound patients, applying strong SystmOne and MS Office skills.

The role is based across Pall Mall and Highlands Surgery, in Leigh on Sea.
The post-holder will provide extra time, capacity, and expertise to our practice teams, helping us improve the care we provide to our patients.
