Fraser Elite Ltd in Inverness is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a care team and ensure high-quality care across the Inverness area. The role blends hands-on care with leadership, mentoring new staff and handling client runs.

A full on‑the‑job training program is provided, with on‑call duties to maintain safe, dignified, person‑centred care. The position requires SSSC registration on offer and a full driving licence with access to your own car and business insurance.

Responsibilities

• Follow Fraser Elite policies, protocols and best-practice guidelines.
• Provide shift cover during working hours when needed.
• Offer on-call support on a rotational basis.
• Report concerns to senior management.
• Mentor new inductees and support them on-call duties and client runs.
• Carry out tasks assigned by senior line managers.
• Attend induction, training and staff meetings.
• Support carers to work safely and effectively.
• Complete quality checks and client reviews.
• Manage day-to-day client enquiries.
• Act as first point of contact for carers.
• Monitor and issue PPE.
• Assist senior managers with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Be a positive role model for the care team.
• Collaborate with professionals to update care plans.

Care at Home Team Leader - £14.50-£15.00

This is a key position within our organisation — one that blends hands‑on care, team support, problem‑solving, and leadership. You’ll receive full on‑the‑job training, preparing you to handle carer and client queries with confidence. You’ll also take part in our on‑call rota, helping ensure our clients receive safe, dignified, person‑centred care at all times. This is a full‑time position, working between the hours of 08.00-22.00 on the following rotation:Week 1: Monday, Friday, Saturday, SundayWeek 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Please note - sponsorship is not available for this role.

What You’ll Be Doing
