Job summary

CCH Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes. You will assist with personal care, help with daily activities, and promote safety and comfort as part of a compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• DBS screening passed.
• Proficient in effective communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, incontinence and continence support.
• Assist with medications as directed.
• Support clients with daily activities such as shopping, meals and housework.
• Provide companionship and encourage independence where possible.

What you'll do Our care assistants are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you'll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.

• Successfully passed DBS screening

  Pay Rate: £13.50ph + 20p mileage
