Job summary

Altogether Care is seeking a Care and Support Worker to visit clients in their own homes in Weymouth, delivering personal, physical and emotional care. The role requires driving and travel across the local area to support independent living.

You will follow our values, ensure safety, and document care using mobile tech. We offer a competitive hourly rate (£13.80–£14.30) with permanent contracts, induction and ongoing training, mileage allowance, and pension benefits.

Care And Support Worker - Competitive Salary - £13.80 to £14.30 Per Hour

Hours and Shift Patterns

• Morning and evening shifts with various start times, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Morning-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Evening-only shifts, available on a full-time or part-time basis, including working every other weekend (with days off during the week where applicable).
• Weekend-only positions covering mornings and/or evenings.

Please note that availability to work every other weekend is a requirement for most weekday positions.
