Job summary

Hales Homecare is hiring a Home Care Assistant based in Washington to help individuals live independently at home. No prior experience is required as full paid training is provided by our Internal Training Team.

Shifts include 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm, with mileage reimbursed at 0.30 per mile and a pay rate of £12.71 per hour plus travel time. Applicants should be reliable, compassionate and possess strong communication skills.

Areas Covered: Washington, SR1, SR2, NE9 7, NE36 0, NE37 1, NE37 2, NE37 3, NE38 7, NE38 8, NE38 9, NE38 0, DH4 7, and DH3 1

No experience necessary – paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is ideal but not essential.
