Job summary

Access Group is seeking Care Workers to support older adults in their own homes in Sutton and surrounding areas. No driving required and full training provided. The role offers weekend work, flexible shifts, and opportunity to make a difference in the local community.

You will visit clients, assist with daily activities, personal care, meals, and household tasks, while providing companionship and encouragement to maintain independence.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Visiting older vulnerable adults in their own homes.
• Help with everyday tasks to enable independence.
• Assist with personal care including morning routines and bathing.
• Help with dressing/undressing.
• Prepare meals and snacks.
• Domestic help with laundry or household cleaning.
• Support with shopping and managing bills.
• Be a warm, reliable companion for support.
• Daily living assistance and mobility support.
• Motivate clients to achieve their goals.
