Job summary

All Care Services in the Southampton area is seeking a Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care to older adults in their own homes, helping them regain independence and confidence in daily living.

You will perform personal care, basic cooking, light housekeeping, and companionship, with full training provided. The role offers flexible hours, guaranteed shifts, and opportunities for NVQ qualifications within a supportive local team.

Qualifications

• No experience needed; full training provided.
• Right to work in the UK; we are unable to offer sponsorship.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.
• Travel requirements: drivers with a Full UK licence and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their own homes across the Southampton area.
• Meal preparation and basic cooking.
• Light household tasks and food shopping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Support independence and dignity in daily activities.
