Job summary

Spires in Tenterden is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes. You'll provide hands-on care, assist with daily living tasks, and help clients stay independent and safe.

You'll mentor new carers, helping them settle into the role, with the potential to progress into a Team Leader position. Night shifts are 9pm–7am; DBS check is required and the right to work in the UK must be confirmed.

If you have previous care experience and are ready to take a step up by supporting your colleagues, this is a great opportunity. You'll continue delivering hands-on care while helping new carers settle into the role, with the potential to progress into a Team Leader position.

Our Extra Care units are designed as Independent Living facilities, offering residents a safe and supportive environment while still allowing them the freedom to come and go as they wish. Our team is always on hand to assist with daily living needs.

Night shifts are 2–3 nights per week, from 9pm to 7am.
