Job summary

Cera Care in Tenterden is recruiting care assistants to support clients in their own homes, with both part-time and full-time roles available.

You will assist with personal care, meals, medications, and light domestic tasks while offering companionship and reassurance to those you care for.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required.
• Able to work in clients' own homes in Tenterden.
• Strong people skills and empathy encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing.
• Cooking or preparing hot meals and helping with domestic tasks.
• Providing companionship, reassurance and joy to clients.
• Assisting with medications as needed.

Set up as Independent Living facilities, our Extra Care units provide a safe and caring living environment for the residents, leaving them free to come and go as they please. Our staff are on hand to support them with their daily living requirements.

Your responsibilities may include assisting with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. But your true impact lies in the companionship, reassurance, and joy you bring to the lives of those you care for.

We\'re currently recruiting for both full-time and part-time roles.

• Full-time: 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm with alternate weekends.
• Part-time (weekends only): 7am–2pm and 4pm–10pm.
