Your role at Signature

Signature at Ascot is holding weekly drop-in sessions on Tuesdays from 12pm to 5pm. You can pop in at any time to meet our friendly team, tour our beautiful home, and discuss available opportunities. Bringing your updated CV may allow you to have an interview on the day!

We need you to bring your compassion and uniqueness to this role. Your days as a Care Assistant will be varied, interesting, and rewarding, from general care to specialist dementia care. You’ll assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking, and mobility. You’ll help make their apartments feel like home and enjoy activities like bingo, shopping, and live music with them. Developing strong relationships with residents and their families is key.

You’ll respect residents’ choices, dignity, and independence at all times. You will also contribute to developing residents' Care Plans, being aware of any specialist support needs.
