Home Instead UK Ltd in Kendal is seeking Care Assistants to provide personalized, unhurried care to clients in the local area. The role offers Skilled Worker visa sponsorship for overseas applicants and an hourly rate of up to £15.25, plus pay for travel time and mileage.

As a Care Assistant with Home Instead South Lakes, you will build meaningful relationships, support daily routines, and help clients stay independent while complying with UK care standards. DBS checks are part of onboarding.

Formación

• Warm, reliable and genuinely caring personality.
• Ability to provide compassionate care and build relationships.
• Willingness to undertake fully funded Level 2, 3 and 5 qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence and reliable transport (essential).
