As a friendly team player, you will work across seven-day rota shifts with on-site training and development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within a care home setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality personal care to residents and support daily activities
• Assist with washing, dressing, eating and maintaining personal hygiene
• Adapt communication to residents and families with clarity and reassurance
• Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Observe residents with a positive outlook and be flexible to changing shifts
• Training will be provided to new staff or returning workers
