Support Worker

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality care and support to individuals, particularly those in assisted living or nursing homes, including clients with dementia and other needs.

Duties

• Assisting service users with daily activities, personal care, and hygiene.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
• Making tea or coffee and heating meals.
• Supporting mobility.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Collaborating with care coordinators to implement care plans and monitor progress.
• Engaging clients in meaningful activities for mental and physical stimulation.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:
